This condo interior renovation project started with a simple concept, but through careful design and collaboration, it’s now a warm green escape in the heart of Baguio City.

Wrapped in calming green tones, the design pays tribute to the city’s natural landscape. But beyond the color, it tells a deeper story, one of memory and intention. Vintage photographs of old Baguio were framed and thoughtfully placed to serve as quiet storytellers throughout the unit for future guests that visit.
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted this project to be both cost-efficient but architecturally refined. So instead of starting from scratch, we salvaged what we could—recycling existing cabinetry and simply giving it a fresh new face. This approach allowed us to maximize resources while staying within budget.
But what truly made this project special was the collaboration. We let the client to be hands-on in the selection process with proper guidance. The result? A space that not only functions beautifully but also feels deeply personal and lived-in.
Tucked near SLU Main Campus, the unit was designed to comfortably accommodate four, with multifunctional areas and a layout optimized for both rest and movement.
More than just a renovation, this project became a quiet celebration of the city it sits in, a place that feels familiar and intentionally designed for everyday life.
